Project Overview
This project is designed to handle mixed waste under local conditions characterized by high humidity, complex composition, high impurity levels, and a significant proportion of flexible materials. The system adopts an integrated process combining crushing, multi-stage screening, air separation, and magnetic separation. To address these conditions, the equipment is designed with enhanced anti-corrosion, anti-wrapping, and anti-clogging features. The system maintains stable operation with a high level of automation, enabling consistent crushing, uniform separation, and effective material purification to meet large-scale, continuous processing requirements.
