Waste Bag Opener, Bag Breaker
Waste bag openers prepare sealed plastic bags and light packaging in municipal waste before the material enters the main sorting line. Before sorting, these bags need to be opened so the contents can be properly exposed for screening, separation, or manual picking. Large-diameter opening rotors tear the bags apart while helping reduce wrapping caused by soft materials. After the bags are opened, the released material can move more steadily through the following sorting stages.
