Conveyors
Conveyors move waste steadily between different processing stages in a sorting or treatment line. Once the material enters the conveyor, it is carried steadily to the next processing area, such as a screen, crusher, baler, incinerator, or another downstream unit. Conveyor speed can be adjusted from 0.1–0.5 m/s through variable frequency control, while belt width and length can be customized according to the site layout and processing capacity. This makes conveyors suitable for different waste treatment plants, including projects handling landfill stale material, municipal solid waste, construction waste, and other mixed materials.

- Waste FeederWaste feeders, known as chain plate feeders as well, are designed for material feeding and transfer in waste sorting, mining, metallurgy, and other heavy-duty processing lines. Unlike a standard rubber belt, metal chain plates provide a stronger carrying surface for bulk materials, large pieces, sharp items, heavy loads, hot materials, corrosive materials, and finished parts.View details

- Waste ConveyorWaste conveyors move loose materials and finished items between different stages of a sorting or handling line. In waste treatment projects, they are used to transfer landfill stale material, renovation waste, municipal solid waste, construction waste, coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, and other bulk materials from one process to the next. - Manual Sorting ConveyorManual sorting conveyors add a controlled picking area to waste sorting lines when some materials still need to be removed by hand. They are usually installed before a trommel screen to take out large items that may affect screening, or after air separation to recover valuable materials more carefully.View details
