  Based on the type of waste, processing capacity, site conditions, and resource recovery targets, we provide one-on-one technical consultation to guide equipment selection. By analyzing the characteristics of different waste streams, such as municipal solid waste, legacy waste, construction and demolition waste, and bulky or renovation waste, we recommend suitable and efficient configurations. We aim to avoid issues such as insufficient capacity or unnecessary energy consumption caused by improper equipment selection.
• Customized Integrated Sorting Solutions
  For projects with different processing scales and technical requirements, we develop complete, system-based sorting solutions. Each solution covers the full process flow, including feeding, bag opening, screening, air separation, crushing, and conveying. The system is designed as an integrated whole to ensure smooth material flow, stable operation, and consistent processing performance across the entire line.
• Plant Layout & Site Planning Design
  In addition to equipment selection, we also provide plant layout design, site planning, and process optimization as part of our service. Based on on-site conditions, such as available space, material flow direction, civil construction constraints, and environmental requirements, we plan equipment positioning, material handling routes, operating space, and maintenance access. This results in a more efficient layout with reduced footprint, improved workflow, optimized investment, and easier long-term operation and maintenance.

Once the contract is signed, we proceed in strict accordance with the agreed terms. This includes sourcing raw materials, organizing production based on the confirmed specifications, and completing manufacturing within the agreed timeline. Throughout the process, we provide regular updates on production progress, ensuring clear communication and transparency at every stage.

Product quality is strictly controlled throughout the manufacturing process. Our professional service team is dispatched to the customer’s site to carry out equipment installation and commissioning, along with basic operational training, ensuring a smooth start-up and quick transition into production.
