Project Overview
This project consists of two municipal solid waste pre-treatment lines, each with a daily capacity of 100 tons. The complete systems and process design were provided as part of an integrated project delivery.The system is configured to handle local waste conditions characterized by high moisture content and complex material composition. It adopts a fully autom ated process that includes feeding, coarse size reduction, screening, air separation, magnetic separation, and baling, allowing stable operation while improving separation efficiency and waste reduction performance.
