Crushers

Crushers are used to reduce solid materials into smaller sizes before separation, recycling, or further processing. In construction and demolition waste treatment, large concrete pieces often contain steel reinforcement, so the material must be broken down before the metal and aggregate can be recovered. Different equipment is selected according to the required output size. Double toothed roll crushers are used for primary or intermediate crushing, using two toothed rollers to shear and squeeze large debris. This process helps break concrete away from steel bars while reducing the material into smaller pieces. When a finer output is needed, ball mills can grind the crushed material into powder for recycled building materials, mineral processing, cement production, and other industrial applications.
